We love to hear your feedback, comments and suggestions.

2020 is the 14th year of putting a weekend of great music and events together, and despite having a “weekender” format in 2019, we’re back with more concerts and weekend tickets for 2020. We’d love it if you could join us whether it will be your first visit, or you’ve been with us from the start.

We began in 2007 as Derby Traditional Music & Arts Festival, changing the name to Derby Folk Festival in 2010.

There are individual concerts in Derby Cathedral on Friday evening, and Saturday and concerts in The Old Bell Hotel on Friday evening, and through Saturday and Sunday. We’ve also added some wonderful concerts in QUAD on Sunday this year.

Tickets for the individual concerts will be available from late April, with Weekend tickets being on sale – in limited numbers – from the start.

Alongside these concerts, we’ll have music sessions in The Old Bell’s Tudor Bar, and then fringe events on the Market Place with music, dancing, and the craft fair.
